We were lucky enough to get this limited cider from Texas Keeper. Inspired by Belgian styles like the dubbel and trippel that incorporate Belgian candi into the fermentation process. This rich cider has dark fruit and toasted bread notes from the candi combined with ripe pear from the Spy Apple. A hint of pecan and orange round out this stout cider. 10.1% abv.
