5 pieces of bone- in chicken (from Terra Puerezza) marinated with soy sauce, palm sugar, cilantro stems, peppercorn, garlic. It’s then Lightly battered with gluten free flour (mixture of rice flour, tapioca flour and potato starch) deep fried and served with sticky rice and two sauces. One of the sauces is sweet and sour sauce (the same one used for egg rolls) and the other one we call Fried Chicken Sauce (lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, dried Thai chilies and shallots).
