“Kao Kaa Moo” garlic, star anise, cinnamon, cilantro, and peppercorn. Served w/ steamed Green beans.
Whole pork shoulder roast is simmered with light and dark soy sauce, cinnamon, black peppercorns, cilantro stems, garlic, and palm sugar. Served w/ steamed Chinese broccoli, rice & chili garlic sauce (garlic, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, white vinegar)
The roast: Pork Shoulder, black peppercorns, dark soy, thin soy, fish sauce, cilantro, garlic, palm sugar, cinnamon, star anise. Slow cooked and then pulled.
Served over rice with blanched Chinese broccoli usually but right now we use deep purple and green beans and Berkshire sauce
Sauce: Vinegar, Garlic, fish sauce, salt, sugar, Thai chilies.
