You will also need: 1 lb. of meat (about 2 cups), chopped bite size or 2 cups of fried tofu or tempeh, 2 cups of veggies of your choice (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans etc.) Ingredients: Thai basil, chili, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, shallot, salt, makrut lime leaves, sugar, coriander, cumin, peppercorn, turmeric, palm sugar, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar) Allergen: contains fish Directions: Bring the curry to a boil, 2 lb. of chopped raw beef (40 mins), pork (30), chicken (10), or 2 cups fried tofu (3), and simmer according to the time. Add veggies and simmer until done. Serve over rice.
