All fried items are fried in the same fryer as items w/ gluten. marinated with garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, sugar, and peppercorns. They are deep fried without batter. For sriracha wings, the same wings are tossed in a sauce that’s made with sriracha sauce, garlic, and honey. For buffalo wings, the same wings are tossed in a sauce that’s made with cayenne, black pepper, vinegar, butter, salt, sriracha and a little sugar.
